Man, the last couple days, my back has been a mess. I did some squats a few days ago, and then on Wednesday, my back was sore as $#!t.
So I got the bright idea, that I'd work-out even MORE. Boy was that stupid.
Anywho, that put me damn-near on life support the last couple days, with that little right-side "spinal erector" muscle goin' nuts.
I can barely sit here at my desk and write to you. But it's important to me, so on we go...
So anyway, what if you're wrong about all this? What if my $#!t really DOES work?
I just got a fax yesterday morning, from one of my Members, you know, Mike Gonzales, from Wichita, Kansas.
He's the guy doing $80,000.00 a month in fees with my Fannie/Freddie PRIME ARM re-set stuff! $960,000.00 a year.
5 points a deal, on PRIME refi's!
But here's what's NEW & just as cool...
Mike just faxed me yesterday, Thursday morning, to tell me that he just mailed 1250 pieces of my REVERSE mortgage piece on Tuesday morning...and that during Wednesday afternoon & evening...the website, and my call center, churned-out 10 reverse mortgage app.'s for him!
And sent them to his e-mail! While he goofed-off!
And WEDNESDAY was just the FIRST day of the reverse mortgage piece hitting Homer's mailbox!
And already, Mike has 10 reverse mortgage app.'s!
Now, remember...
When you do this reverse thing MY way, not only do you get as much as 3-1/2 points on the REVERSE...
But you can return the day AFTER funding, to sell these borrowers 2, 3, 4, SUITABLE insurance products! That they ALREADY need!
Like...long-term care, whole life, & maybe even an annuity to benefit the younger ones in the family! Money for their kids, their grandkids' college...
Who knows! Etcetera & so on!
Bubba, you really CAN get ANOTHER 10 POINTS, legally, ethically, & morally right there!
So, let's do the math...
10 reverse mortgages...$100K per house in Wichita...$1-million in HOME VALUE (you get paid on HOME VALUE, NOT on loan amount, on reverses!)...
So, 3-1/2 points, on $1-million a month in reverse mortgage HOME VALUE, and you've got...
