I'm goin' out to Schaumburg today & tomorrow, to go to Perry Marshall's 80/20 Seminar.
But before I do, I want to tell you a little story.
See back before I learned how to Systematize my mortgage bidness, I used to handle all the inbound calls myself...morning, noon, night!
Even weekends.
But then I had a HUGE breakthrough.
In my search for info...which is never-ending...I discovered how I could Systematize the entire inbound lead process, and get all the leads taken for me, using my copyright-protected magic "20 questions" lead-taking script!
That script gets you SSNs, DOBs, all that stuff! And now I do that for my Members with my call center.
But before I even figured THAT out, I started using a copyright-protected website that I created, to drive folks to, from own my copyright-protected direct mail pieces...and having them apply online right there!
24/7! Without buggin' ME!
Whether they "call me" by dialing "my assistant" at my call center, and end-up talking to THEM, not me, and answering my 20 questions...
Or, if they go to the website, listed in the direct mail piece, to "check-up on me," or to apply online, 24/7...the end results is that...
You get yer leads taken for you! While you goof-off! They all end-up in your e-mail inbox! And they're full applications!
See Bubba, this means that you NEVER have to talk to another prospective borrower again!
But does it REALLY work?
Well, this is EXACTLY what my Members use to be able to work only 20 hours a week, and make more than they EVER have before!
Even more than in 2006!
Why take phone calls morning, noon, & night, when you can work 20 hour weeks, and make MORE this year than you did in 2006?
