Here in Chicago, in the "Roscoe Village" neighborhood, where I live, we're gettin' ready for a mega-street party called "Retro on Roscoe."

A weekend of bands, beer, & food. Chicago has a lot of street parties in the summer.

Anyhow, back to bidness...

I wanted to write to you this morning and let you know that I have it on good authority, that Taylor, Bean, & Whitaker is coming-out with a killer "short refi" program, as a result of the housing bill!

Everyone else's "short refi" is expected to be $#!t, BTW!

So, if I were you, I'd get a hold of yer TB&W rep. TODAY.

Hey, did you know THERE IS STILL NO RECESSION?

Yeah, I know things are harder in the mortgage bidness than they were in the bubble, but let's talk a minute about one key point, that damn near no one else is gonna tell you about...

The U.S. economy GREW 1.9% in the 2nd quarter!

For those of you in Rio Linda, that's 1.9% of growth in just the months of April, May, and June alone!

That's a 7.6% annualized rate of growth!

See, we gotta have 2 negative growth quarters for there to be a recession, and we haven't even had ONE quarter of negative growth!

Bubba, if you let Andy Rooney and the rest of the commies &^%$ with your head, and get you off yer game, then yer really *&^%$#!

Don't let them do that to you.

It's just like last night, when I was watchin' the White Sox game, and they're up like 4 to 0 er somethin' on the Twins, and the Sox' pitcher is letting the runner on 1st mess with his head, faking that he's gonna try to steal 2nd.

"Yer ahead by 4 runs, and yer worried about one base? So worried that yer gonna throw a hanging pitch, and get 2 runs batted in?"

Does that make any sense to you? Not to me!

Bubba, there are STILL a bunch of ways to make BIG duckets in this mortgage market. In fact, I just told you of one in the beginning of today's rant!

Upside down? So what! Short refi!

Yesterday, as I do every so often, I went to the acupuncturist. Yeah, I know, but yer afraid of needles. Big sissy.

Now it ain't that bad. The needles are really thin, and you usually never even feel 'em.

Anyhow, since my left calf has that tendon tear in it, all the muscles in my lower left leg, including my foot muscles, are all compensating for that injury.

So, the whole calf and foot gets really tight.

Hey, did you know that they can "needle you" and then hook-up the "e-stim" (electrical stimulation) machine, and really help you recover from something like that a whole lot faster?

Yup!

Just like a chiropractor does with his e-stim machine, but even better!

Anywho, about a week ago, this lady called and asked me to buy her house from her.

It seems she SAVED a personal-looking "sales letter" that I'd sent to her a couple years ago, when I was lookin' to pick-up a single family home on the cheap. (My direct mail "sticks around" a lot. This ain't all that odd.)

See, I was able, with a highly-targetted mailing list, to pick about 1,000 houses in the area that I thought I could buy right, because I used certain criteria that's, Top Secret, to pull that list.

Well, she saved my letter, and NOW she wants to sell, and so, we're seeing if we can come to terms to where she and her husband can get out of the house, get a few bucks in their pockets, and so that I can get one heck of a deal for makin' it all happen!

Yet another way to screw Realtors! I love it!

Now, I learned how to do all this, the RIGHT way, from my friend, Ron LeGrand.
